ABOUT ANDRE DUQUEMIN (PCC)
I have spent over 20 years working at the intersection of well-being and high performance. Starting in 2001 as an osteopath, I was drawn to the links between stress and the mind and body.
Why would clients develop headaches, back pain or gastric problems during a difficult relationship breakup?
Why would high-performing individuals suddenly become riddled with self-doubt and anxiety when under pressure at work?
Over the next 20 years, I spent thousands of hours working with clients and studying the connection between the mind and the body.
I have trained in coaching, trauma therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and I use all three approaches in my work.
I have studied with the Flow Genome Project and the Flow Research Collective in the past few years to learn more about enhancing high performance.
This unique balance of coaching and therapy enables me to work with clients suffering from anxiety, burnout and depression and take them through to high levels of contentment, purpose and mastery.
I work with clients on a 1-to-1 basis and run group workshops and coaching programmes every year.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification, which recognises my training and the more than 2000 client sessions I have run.
I am also the founder of The Foundry, a mental fitness training programme that helps business owners perform at their best, feel their best and thrive during turbulent times.

“I sought support from Andre at a time when a perfect storm had formed in my life created by a combination of workplace stress & isolation during Covid. Seeing Andre had an immediate impact on me. He listened and understood.
He explained to me how my mind had ended up overloaded and exhausted. He then led me gently on a pathway to recovery. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the impact our sessions and the techniques had on me personally.”

Personal Bio:
My clients often come to me when they’ve reached the end of their tethers. Successful and ordinarily able to ride challenges with ease, there’s generally a tipping point where they suddenly begin to struggle.
This could be a messy divorce, a super stressful period of work or a health condition. But whatever the factor, it’s always something that surprises people, as they are generally used to being in control of their lives.
The first step to recovery starts with the science and outlining why the “thinking” and “survival” brains get stuck in opposition. We look at our inner cave-dweller and realise that maybe we can take back some control.
By combining science-based therapeutic modalities with cutting-edge coaching techniques, I provide profound transformation for my clients.
Some more personal bits and pieces about me:
I’m married to my wife of almost 20 years, Lynne, and we have a lovely teenage daughter, Bella.
I live on the tiny island of Guernsey.
I am the founder of The Foundry, a mental fitness company that trains business owners who want to perform their best, feel their best and thrive during turbulent times.
I had my own mini-breakdown in 2011 and have worked with therapists and coaches ever since.
I deeply love the science of stress, trauma and peak performance, which are far more closely related than you might think.
I know that the idea of post-traumatic growth is accurate, and I have witnessed dozens of clients turn their lives around despite going through difficult periods of life.
